Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aha Moment (“Aha Moment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use ahamoment.studio and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your email and basic profile information from Google.
- Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles payment data and shares limited information with us (such as your subscription status and customer ID).
- Usage data. We collect anonymized, aggregated analytics about how the Service is used (for example, page views), and we record which pain points are opened to power features like view counts and to detect abuse. Where we log technical data such as IP addresses for security, we store them in hashed form.
- Communications. If you contact us or submit feedback or a request, we collect the contents of those messages and your email address.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and manage your account and subscription.
- To process payments and send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, updates).
- To respond to your requests, feedback, and support inquiries.
- To monitor for, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed:
- Supabase — authentication and database.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend — transactional and account emails.
- Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Google — if you choose Google sign-in.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Aha Moment, our users, or others.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember whether you have used your free preview. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not rely on advertising cookies.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at info@ahamoment.studio.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
